Arrey bhai rate of ES formation is K1 Or we write like K+1, cool, Now this K+1 is working on [E] & [S].....now let's find out what is [E]....lets suppose in a reaction vessel there are 10 molecules of enzyme that is your Et (enzyme total) is 10 now you start adding substrate these substrate molecules will bind with your Et molecules and few of these Et molecules when bind with S molecule form ES so what is left over of Et molecules which can further form ES complex is written as k+1 ( [Et] - [ES]) × [S]
