Man I must say the 300 is way underrated in this. With even good stock suspension and nerf bars you can swing that thing so much and ride it hard. I’ve ridden everything in this except the trailblazer and the 300ex is my favorite without a doubt for trails and stuff

I’ve had experience with all four machines over the years. I had a Blaster recently and that’s easily my favorite of the bunch. I switched to riding dirtbikes a few years ago and riding a Blaster is very much like riding a dirtbike in my opinion. I’m 6’1” and 280lbs; with a sprocket change, those things tractor so good

I love this, I grew up on a 300ex, it’s not the most capable machine but on a trail or a short track I was able to keep up with the 400s 450s and even a few 500 and 660s. It’s a machine that doesn’t mind being ridden way to hard.

Loving this series. When was a kid I wanted a scrambler so bad but dad got Trail Blazer, still own it. With jetting that bog is fixed, will pull front wheels off ground. But living in the south with a two stroke have to careful with how lean.

Just found this channel by accident. Digging this content! I own a 2001 300EX, and I love it to pieces. I was bummed to see this one is "worn" because it really is a great, capable, all-around machine. I'm 5"7", 165 pounds, and the plush suspension is just right. Mine is totally bone stock with some miles on it and still has plenty of power to get me into trouble. The reverse incident was especially heart breaking....gotta learn the Honda Handshake to operate it. Push the lever back down to go back to neutral, grab first, and off you go. This is a great series with the most popular machines we all have/love, and I'm gonna subscribe!

I have a clean 98 300ex. Stock. It is pretty fast for what it is. Handles a lot better than meatball!! Lol. Hager is 100 percent right. It’s way better with 20 inch rears. I have a trailblazer too. Lmao. Fun to trail ride on. Will not keep up with the 300ex when you start turning. Y’all’s does sound like the clutching might be off. Should be turning another 1500-2000rpm. If Pete decides to mess with it in the future check out the clutches and make sure they are right. Makes a huge difference

I had a blaster with tors delete +7 rear swing arm , +2 front wheel spacers +4 rear wheel spacers , just spreading the footprint on a blaster and deleting tors makes the blaster a complete machine !!! Especially for a 165 pound rider 6 ft tall ... I miss that bike so much 😢 one day I'll build another

Growing up riding MX bikes and most of my buddies running quads, I've spent a good amount of time on many quads. What's weird is jumping from a bike to a quad on a ride you feel like you're going slow as hell. Every quad, 450's, Raptor's, 250R's, 300 & 400EX's, Warriors, Blasters, they were always pinned but still felt slow compared to a bike. Obviously bikes have less weight and more power than a quad, but they sure seemed slow. But riding a quad for a week it would feel faster the more used to it I got. Then getting back on a bike would feel like a damn rocket. Still enjoy quads though and built quite a few nice race machines for friends.
