@12:40 I meant to say NYLON nuts, not TEFLON nuts. These are the nuts with a thin nylon ring on one end that prevent the nut from spinning. As always, thank you for watching!!!

Dude, st clair is no joke.. When I was a kid on my 90cc quad riding up there, my parents would tell me that they saw sparks flying out from my skidplate.. them rocks are nothing to mess with there

I agree, a quad doesn’t look good unless it has nurf bars.

Awesome Mike《☆》The 1" holes may be good for water & mud to drain out as well. I remember buying at set of DG expansion chambers 30+ years ago for My RD350 Yamaha so DG has been in business for a long time making quality stuff ☻

Hey Mike. What are you thoughts on Tusk nerf bars? Im torn between going more affordable with Tusk or paying more of a premium for Rath or brands like that.
@OperatorASF6 жыл бұрын
Now it needs an IMS "Flightline" shifter and a Rath front bumper 😎

What's the chain resting on in the rear. What's the name. Chain slider?
@leopfeffer24196 жыл бұрын
I thought teflon coated nuts are chosen for corrosion resistance, not resistance to loosening. Did you mean aircraft self-locking nuts?
@MichaelSabo6 жыл бұрын
Whoops, what I meant was nylon nuts. They have a thin nylon ring on one end that prevents the nut from spinning.

Hello quick question how many turns out is your idle on the raptor
@MichaelSabo6 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure, I turned it until it was idling where I liked it; I did not take note of how many turns I made.

What all did you use to paint plastics
@MichaelSabo5 жыл бұрын
Nothing crazy. Cleaned, scuffed with scotch brite, plastic primer spray paint, base coat and clear coat. It holds up really well; I've dont this on many bikes and quads.

Just installed a set of Alba nerf bars yesterday and ended up lacing the nets a little different which seems to make them hold better. (Down through top and bottom, up through middle and top) - Have you had any issues with the nets getting loose the way you did it?
