I ran 10 miles. New PR :) the other meditation for running helped. Now listening to this one. There’s a book called mind gym which highlights how visualization can help physical performance.

I JUST got back from a 7.5 mile run and was starting to look up stuff to fall asleep to. Perfect!

I like this one a lot. Even though I'm not running yet, I've been doing squats and long walks to build leg musclss, so this is quite applicable. Plus I love the magical visuals at the end.

It felt like i was floating on a cloud in heaven. My body was completely numb after 5-8 minutes, i recommend using this after a hard workout. Thank you Michael.

I was consciously unconscious for about 20mins there will be body went into deep repair. Thank you Michael. Recovering from the Northern Ireland Karate Chapionships and my whole body feels destroyed after a gruelling 7 months of 6am training sessions.

Hi :) I have M.E. and fibromyalgia and my legs are my problem area, so I'm finding this really suitable, but from a different angle than you design it! Would you consider doing one geared for times when people with those and similar conditions have physically overdone it? I'm happy to help provide details if necessary.
