For you young ones, if i could only tell you one thing it would be that 20 years from now, nothing anyone says to you at school is going to matter. At all. You do you and be the best you can be cause they don't matter, you do.

Do you ever get the feeling as if your hearts pumping extremely fast beating more than it should, dizzy and boxed in and feel like your about to throw up and you just want to sit down and cry or just lay down? I get this not often but sometimes mostly Sundays because I get bad anxiety of school mostly just work and homework. I had this once in my English class and it lasted a full hour till I sent myself home. It was the worst feeling ever as if I was trapped is this anxiety? My parents don't really get this, they just say dee breaths and carry on which helps but not to much on a night I'm not sure why I'm telling you this or even if the sentence is written out propley I guess I just feel better after writing it out and actually telling someone that might be able to help

Atko that sounds like you might be having panic attacks, which are your body's response to stress, they are very scary. I started having them when I was 15, it was horrible but I wish I'd known what it was then as I didn't talk about it or get any help. Just talking about it with someone might help, it's sad that your parents don't understand. I am now 34 and though I still suffer with anxiety but I am so much better than I was, hang in there and be kind to yourself :-)

I hope everyone gets well from any kind of mental illness or disorders ❤

For anyone dealing with anxiety, writing from experience: One day everything will just start to turn around for you. I know it dont feel that way when you’re terrorized by anxieties, but it’s going to become better. That day might be today or tomorrow, and every active step is bringing it closer, even if it doesnt ease the pain that very day. You have a great future in front of you, where you will look back at what you’re experiencing now from a distance and realize how much you learned from it and that it actually became better with time. Maybe the knowledges you accuired from this difficult time even made your life better than it was before. Even though it can be really tough, try to remember the amazing things the future will bring to you! Much love to all of you

One night I was sleeping and then suddenly woke up. I started to get a terrible anxiety attack so I called my mom, she came to my room and put realxing music and put some peppermint oil on my nose and forehead. The music wasn't helping so I asked her to put on a meditation, she looked and found this. The moment she put it on in 5 minutes I was fast asleep and woke up feeling better than ever. This really helped me in the worst anxiety attack I've ever had and I know it's gonna help many more. Thank you so much Michael!!

Hi Kai! It was a slow process. My anxiety started when I was in about the 5th grade. I had seen something on television that triggered it and after that, it was as if my mind and thoughts just would not let me at peace. I would stay up very late, unable to sleep because of worry and fear. I think the worst of it lasted between 6 months and a year. Just keep in mind that there is always hope and there is help, too! I am all grown now, and have different fears and anxieties as an adult, but I can manage them! It really comes down to being aware that the thoughts you are having are just thoughts--and not everything you think is true. You sound very intelligent and mature for your age--I

Anxiety is temporary. It might have lasted so long that you feel it’s who you are now. But there’s always a way to escape it. I had severe anxiety while I was at university. I knew I hated uni. And I knew it made me anxious. But I never realised at the time that it was the cause of most of my anxiety. It had gotten so bad my physical health was deteriorating too. It was only once I’d finished uni that I began to recover. I’m now free of most of my anxiety. I reckon there must be other people who experienced this too, it can be situational like this, you just have to figure out what’s stressing you out and causing you the most anxiety and remove it from your life.

I'm already relaxed only 3 minutes into the video. I'm an 11 year old girl that gets bullied at school (they say bad stuff behind my back) and I suffer from stress. I try to stay happy but in the back of my mind I can't stay happy. I needed some help but I didn't want to tell anyone because they will laugh at me cuz I'm so young. This has really helped me.

ItzAbby please reach out to someone you can trust, like a parent, friend's parent or a teacher. you shouldn't go through this alone and you won't be laughed at. whoever is bullying you is doing so because they have problems of their own they don't know how to deal with. you keep going and going with turning your situation around so you can truly be happy. 💖

You have so much to live for even though it is difficult to see that right now. Just remember their bulling is their was of coping with their own securities. Focusing their attention towards you helps them feel less about themselves. You control you life. It is time to take that back and redefine those healthy boundaries. Keep working to build your self confidence and you inner strength. Invest time in yourself while forgetting about the negative people surrounding you. It does not always have to be this way. You can rise from the ashes and live a fulfilling and joyful life. Be strong and place faith in yourself and that will help you lead to a better mental state and better equipped to take on life's challenges. Seek out a professional therapist. Someone unbiased to speak with, will do wonders for your peace of mind and for you the soul. Good luck sweetie and may God look over you and cover you with undying strength, resilience, and self-love. Peace, love, joy.

I also experience this. It’s really terrifying. Not only does my throat feel like it’s closing up, but sometimes it also feels like I’m not taking a complete breath. I used to only get the panic attacks and the hyperventilating, but then my panic attacks changed to this and freaking out thinking I can’t breathe. Luckily I now have anxiety meds but they’re very mild, so they sometimes don’t work. Deep breathing exercises sometimes make it worse cause I’m thinking even more so about my breathing. I wish I had a good solution for you, but I have yet to find one. I hope that you get better and your anxiety eases. Just know you aren’t alone.

I was struggling to sleep due to having an anxiety attack so I searched for a video to help me feel more relaxed and found this. I fell asleep 5 to 6 mins into the video and had the most peaceful sleep in the longest time. I didn’t even realise I had fallen asleep until the next morning. It honestly made me feel so more awake as I felt properly rested compared to usual. This has been one of the only videos that’s helped me sleep better so thank you for this ❤️

Michael Sealey, THANK you for accepting and using this amazing gift of yours. My story is the same of many here. BECAUSE OF YOUR ART, I am no longer taking Trazadone for insomnia. The Sleep and Confidence session, always feel so good when I wake. Just shared a few of my faves with my cousin and her military husband. Both are dealing with the emotional aftermath of his tours overseas and the struggles of PTSD. The first night they listened to you, she said neither remembered much more than the first five or ten minutes, and their sleep was (finally) restful. Didn’t mean to go on and on, and I could keep on praising! Thank you again. So so much 🙏🏽❤️🦋✌🏽Each night in Ohio, USA

I have abandonment issues and I have a really hard time being close to people. I have tried to build relations with people, but as soon as they seem to lose interest in being around me I get really anxious and depressed. I feel like I'm worthless and uninteresting. I don't understand what I need to do to be someone people enjoy being around. That being said, I do have friends, but I don't feel like they'd miss too much when I am gone. I feel alone and isolated. I've come to the point where I would at least like to be comfortable and accept myself for being alone. I'm tired of trying to find someone else to accept me. I just want to accept myself. Thank you for this meditation. It does help.

Lots of love to all those with anxiety, One thing thats helped is to remove things that stress me and things that cause my anxiety. Exercise and eating healthy I thought were a myth but its 100% effective in helping with anxiety management. Also practice breathing techniques they save ur life before u even get to that panic attack level. Remember early intervention works best. Using these videos when ur not stress familiarises it and tunes u in when u are... In the process of removing my anxiety, practice makes perfect. You do not have to live with anxiety. You were not born with it. I hope we can all heal and be more calm in stressful anxious times. Life is short live every moment slowly in peace.

These comments are so helpful and validating. I have struggled for years, on and off, with anxiety and panic. I am highly sensitive and with this pandemic and other major changes the last year it has all been just too much. I am mostly anxious at night. Sometimes I simply can’t sleep. These hypnotherapy videos by Seeley at least calm me so that I can rest, and sometimes sleep! Thank you all again for sharing. There is hope! I have long periods of calm, and I look forward to those days, perhaps soon.

I barely make it past the part where he suggests to mentally write the word anxiety (about thirteen minutes in), and I am out for the night. I have been using this for years, and I have no clue what is past that point 😄. This definitely helps on particularly bad days. I am a highly anxious person (started going grey at 18) in conjunction with emotional and psychological trauma. I am always in a constant state of anxiety, but this video has definitely helped me for years to bring it down to a level that is manageable so that I can fall asleep. Grateful for this video's existence.

Hi Michael. Had a triple bypass 7weeks ago and have struggled sleeping. Im 45 years old so it's been pretty traumatic. My body is slowly recovering but I was awake clock watching 2 nights ago and didn't have any sleep. I have dry mouth, nausea, nervous feelings in my stomach and appetite has wained. My wife found your video and I gave it a listen. I must say it really helped and after it finished I found myself in a relaxed state. I did eventually drift off to sleep. Although I didn't sleep continuously til the morning I did have 4-5 bouts of sleep as I remember waking after each dream. I feel much better this morning and have a bit more energy than yesterday. Can anyone recommend another of Michael's videos? I will definitely be listening again tonight as I feel it really helped and just want to say thank you. Paul
