lived in Israel on a kibbutz. The breakfast was so different from home, but I got used to it and it was quite healthy. Actually the way of eating there was so much better than home because I lost a lot of weight with no effort!!!

Sabich is names after a person who sold it Ramat Gan, it does mean the first light of the day but its not connected to the fact its eaten in the morning (traditionally Shabbat morning)

The comedy in all of this is when my family visit from Eilat to Europe, the first thing they demand is bacon and eggs lol, not in front of their families at home for obvious reasons (our in front of mine for that matter) but we head out and for sure, Bacon Bacon Bacon is the order of the day. lol. What can you say.

i wished she showed what everyday people really eat at home and not what some trendy and hip restaurant is serving for breakfast like Salad with goose confit. Where’s the cottage cheese? Where’s the hummus ? A little disappointed 😢
