I used to be a big runner and I had an accident and shattered my Tibial Plateau. And broke my Fibula and tore both my ACL and MCL. Now I have nerve damage that goes from my knee to my foot and the doctor said no running again, ever. Walking only. Which being a runner, you know it is like a form of meditation. Walking doesn't compare. Happy Anniversary! I love anything you film!!! Enjoy New York!

When I have higher end donations or things that are more towards anti aging etc I put together small bags and take them to the NICU. I ask them to give to the nurses or moms that need a boost. Love the idea of high school donations too. I have a friend who is a high school teacher and she takes my fun color cosmetics to give to girls before dances, proms , etc.

Treadmills are great - you can run, or just walk briskly - my understanding is that even a 21 minute walk daily can improve overall health and well being significantly. I think you’re on the right track! Anything you film is interesting to me. ❤️. And Happy Anniversary !! 🥰

Good morning, Michele. I used to love to run. I still do, but not nearly as much as I could. Age! I do Tabata, cardio, weights, pilates and yoga. No matter what our age, we need to keep our bodies moving. I get the hand soap obsession. Can you please send rain our way? We've been in a major drought. Great Netflix recommendation - Keep Breathing. Excellent. I've not seen Yellowstone. That trashcan is the best!! OMG. Ingenious! The candle holders are beautiful, Michele. Your trash routine is exactly what my husband and I go through on Thursday nights! We got really good at lining them again and all that good stuff, but it’s the chore that makes us go grrr 😅 also we have to drag the trash can up a hill so they can get picked up since we live sloped on a hill. It’s fun! This automated thrash can is wildly awesome!

What an enjoyable vlog Michele - thank you. I love getting my tea on a weekend morning, fluffing up my pillows and simply relaxing with your video. Also want to thank you for the LadyM tip on IG. My daughter is from Korea and I have two grandchildren and I like to find ways to celebrate Asian holidays for them. I ordered a cake and can’t wait to see their enjoyment of such a wonderful treat. I’ve been getting consistent on a walking treadmill which is definitely helping my health - I do several short sessions a day timed to favorite YTs and it really helps. I have the Treadly which is tiny and ideal for a studio apt. Happy Anniversary !

I am not a good runner but I have been doing a lot of walking lately since I have started going back into NYC for work. I do a little over 3 miles a day and definitely starting to see a difference in my body. That's pretty cool that we can order the Advent calendars and they will set them aside! Not sure if I will do Bellamas this year but I'll make the final decision before the end of September. YAY you are coming to NYC!! Welcome to TikTok!!
