I *love* when people make projects related to their favorite entertainment. This sweater looks amazing.

I felt that dye lot problem in my soul 😭 I'm sure it won't be noticeable when you wear it! It's always easiest to see your mistakes when you're staring at them under a strong light. Love the way it turned out!

You can't really tell the color difference unless you point it out, either way you did a great job. It looks super cool and comfy.

If they notice the difference in black yarns, just tell them it was a subtle color blocking and thank them for noticing your effort 🙂 I LOVE your videos!!!

Love the jumper. I know you kept mentioning the edges of the circle but, they look spray painted to me, perfect for the album symbol. I also love the way you talk about the band. I am passionate about the music I like too and it's great to see people loving the music they love openly and loudly!

I like the rough edges with this design. It works well. Dye lots are the devil. Your content is so relatable. 😊

The coolest thing about crafting is our ability to create our own stuff related to our favourite media. The sweater is amazing!

Sometimes older yarn, something that has been sitting on the shelf for a while, may get sun-bleached or there may have been an issue with the yarn during transit to the store. I'm sorry this happened to you! But I LOVE your videos and appreciate how candid you are with us!

This awesome Michelle. I am that person too that try and make it up as I go. I was wondering if you could do a video using procreate on how you make up the grid patterns. Please and thank you

I feel you on the whole, I can't not crochet, thing. I've even gotten to the point where I can't just sit and watch a show or a movie, I have to also be crocheting or I get so bored so fast.

Oh my gosh, I totally feel you on the cat hair thing. I usually keep my crochet projects in my room because the cats don't usually go in there, but somehow they still wind up with cat hair all over them 😭

I love how it turned out! Fall Out Boy is awesome. I feel you on the dye lot issue, I had that happen on one of my projects with white yarn. I was making snowflakes and some ended up a tad more cream…. Oh well!

Help for drying your makes when wet blocking them: lay the item on a towell then roll it up & let it sit for like a half hour. Then check on it - if the towel is soaked & the sweater or item is still pretty wet, then roll it up in a 2nd towell & let sit for awhile again. When the sweater or item is finally only damp, then lay it out flat & shape it how you want - it should then at most probably only take overnight or about 24 hours to completely dry!

I have heard of the name Len's Mills before but I just assumed it was eyewear. I think that it is just a east coast thing.

Omg. I felt your pain in this video. The sweater came out great, you did an amazing job!! I hope you enjoy the new album! I've tried Bernat super saver yarn and it worked for my projects, but then I tried Red Heart super saver and oh my goodness, in my experience it's been waaaay softer than the Bernat yarn. I'm not sure if they have Red Heart in Canada? Anyway, awesome job Michelle!!!

Actually, with blocking is for wool yarn not for acrylic or polyester yarn, so polyester yarn you need to just steam blocking it. If you have a steamer you just need to steam it if you do not have a steamer you just don’t have to block it, but in my experience, I use my steam iron, and it worked fine, it just make it less stiff and wearable.

I found this video by Cozy Nooks Designs that shows how to hide yarn in tapestry crochet. The "loose" yarn on the back of a project always drives me insane so now when I see someone do amazing tapestry work I just have to share! 😆
