I love this workout! My absolute favorite days are leg/glute days especially when I find a workout like this that really hits the glutes. I find that I have a hard time really targeting my glutes and inner thighs so when there’s a workout where I can actually feel the burn in the places I’m trying to work (I.e. the glutes rather than the hamstrings or quads) I just know it’s a keeper! Thank you for another awesome workout! Can’t wait till I can join membership!
