I added this on to my 40 minute legs strength and cardio workout this morning. Whew! That 2nd round was especially hard because my lower body was already pretty burned out.🔥 But I got through it with good form and intensity, by sheer willpower! 😂Glad I took on the challenge, I feel great and ready to tackle the day!

Thanks for this, Michelle! 😊I absolutely LOVE using the miniband to work the glutes, and this workout was just awesome! 👍Hit the glutes from all angles, and loved going through the circuit twice. I saved this to my glutes playlist, it's a keeper! ❤😁 I added this on to one of your 30 minute Upper Body Strength workouts, so it made for a great workout session for me this morning 🏋♀

I'd say the band is medium. We use bands from Power Systems.
