The gals in the background make your workouts enjoyable as I’m right there struggling and modifying sometimes too! I suffer from vertigo so I just celebrate what I can do and manage this fun sucker of a chronic condition by getting up and moving everyday! I now live in 🇮🇹 and appreciate your videos!

Enjoyed this workout. Thanks for always encouraging using heavier weights. I used all that I have today (3-12 lbs). I still struggle with the pushup set and it seems to me that I'm not progressing with them. Ugh. But feeling a bit stronger.🤪

Whew that was a challenge!. Bought my Booty Band over the weekend to be ready for this workout. Loved the intensity it brought. Added todays workout to my favorites list (there are MANY ;)!) and will definitely look up more of your videos that incorporates the booty band!
