Really liked it. I’m not new to weights and found this to be refreshing in its pace and intensity. I wanted something within 30 minutes, the no-repeats was nice, and easy on my nervous system. A workout I can get done right away in the morning without taxing my energy levels. Thank you!

I loved the intensity of some of the music in this work out. I would also love to see work outs with a large group of exercises (10-15) that are done once through and then repeated to allow us to perfect each move and/or increase the weight.

Loved it, the difficulty level was just right for me. Upper body training is my least favorite (especially triceps and chest) but it's important for a balanced workout routine and healthy body. I love the non-repeat style and can see that throughout the 30-minute workout, we hit the same muscles several times, which is exactly what's needed. Appreciate creative and functional workouts, thanks!

I really love the variety of the exercises for arms all within one workout. I do find it more challenging when I can easily use 10 lb weights for biceps and certain other muscles and then when we get to lateral raises and triceps I have to use 5 or 8 lbs. I find I have to pause the work out and separate the movements into two different sets so I can use different weights.

1.7.2024: I really loved this one. The workouts are always unique with no same or boring movements with the other workouts. The music in this one was much better than in some of the more recent ones. I liked that the music was without lyrics, because the lyrics tend to distract me, especially if the songs are repeated often.

This was one of my favorites so far! I love everything about it...the length of time, warmup/cooldown, variety of movements, different planes of movement. Perfect difficulty level and options to modify or change weight if needed. I did need to drop down to lower weight a few times, but that is ok because I can work up to full weight in the future :). Thank you so much for these amazing workouts!

I think that your workouts are excellent! Challenging enough that I can push myself through them and see results in my increased strength and ability to increase dumbbell weight but not overly difficult that I feel discouraged. Also I appreciate your soft voice and music. Lastly thank you for a range of length in your workouts. I can always find something when I’m pressed for time .

I loved loved this workout. Difficulty was just right. Picked up heavier dumbbells for the back rows and I loved that you cued for that! Otherwise I would have just held into my tens.

This was just the rich bit of sweaty. I was hesitant about the 10 pound weights (4.5kg). My dumbbells are in kg and increments of 2kg so I just used 4 kg weights and the lateral raises were a burner. I guess I don’t work the biceps much so that was challenging too but I appreciated the breaks of dumbbells works and body weight, interspersed with core stuff. Lovely class, excited to do some leg work soon on this channel.

Thanks for the modifications! Foe the cooldown I used your video "5 minutes cooldown / stretch routine" which works better for me. I then add something to stretch the triceps, biceps, and forearms.

Whew! That was a good challenge! I had to use several different weights because I have to do the front lifts with much lower weight, biceps in the middle, and back rows with 2x the front lifts! Keep pushing us Mik!
