Thanks for making this. I'm turning 50 in a couple of months and my days of bouncing off the walls and running across the ceiling for cardio are definitely winding down. Not worth the way my knees feel the next day. But there are SO FEW people making really good, high intensity, low impact workouts like this. Please do more of these in the future when you have time. Hats off (no pun intended) to all three of you, making it through this workout out in the sun in this heat.

I absolutely loved this video! I like to walk atleast 5,000 steps a day, and I couldn't because it was raining. This video was everything I needed to do cardio without weights! I love when you put the countdown timer as well as the 'completion' percentage! I started working out to your videos on March 26th 2024. The workouts combined with healthier eating habits; I am proud to say I am down 27lbs!!! I can't wait to do the 5,000 steps!😍🥰👏👏👏👏

@@MichelleBriehler The difference between the behind the scenes and today's workout is that I did LVL UP some of the moves, more arm movement and didn't stop, that's why in the behind the scenes my 👟count was 4523 and today 👟 count was 5097

You can definitely hit 5K+ steps. Since the workout starts keep moving, doble up the time in each move, move those arms it is very important, if you need to pause do so but keep moving by doing some jumping rope. Basically is like your playing a game against Michelle who can go fast and do more moves. Try it you'll be surprised. Have a great day
