i am glad that youtube culture has a massive path for people who try. Trying is rated now and enjoyed. I really like that because in a world where we have the tools to be perfect, these trying videos let us know it's very fun and necessary to simply try. finished product was so pre 2012

It's actually the ultimate BEST way to learn any kind a body movement :D I do that all the time even if I'm not a dancer, it makes me understand how my own body needs to move. You need a good proprioception though, but you can learn that ;)

I love how this was more of a mental makeover than physical. She’s in it for the long haul and learning to love the journey for her better well being is a huge step in the right direction. Alyson is such a hard worker and watching that gave me insight on who she is as a person and not for her work in the industry. I resonate and respect her so much for taking her future in her own hands ♥️

I have had problems with eating and anxiety. Seeing you gain muscle is amazing. I love your dancing and have been wanting to work on gaining muscle. I just haven't gotten to the stage of actually doing it. Seeing your mindset strengthen even when you are on holiday. You've blown me away. I am radiating only good energy toward you. Hopefully I can get some of that motivation you had from this video. Strength and love to you ♥

I also hoped that through this you would have maybe shared a little more insight into how her eating disorders were considered. By no means she as a person does not need to share her recovery story etc. but it would have been reassuring to know that her health was not jeopardised because of a strict eating and fitness regime.

As someone who invested in the dance world for the majority of my life, my heart goes out to Alyson. oH THAT ALYSON STONER SKS edit: listening to all her anxiety and meditation of just letting go, (which shows how she has been struggling with that all these years), her aggresive approach to success even if it means pushing your sleep and health aside, struggle with food and how a simple slip up can "take her out for some time" reminds me of myself and how people do go through this too, i realise we're not really alone. Her being an actress, dancer, etc reminds me of myself cause i am striving towards acting and watching this video makes me realise that soo many people go through this. most people do.

For me, that's learning the right balance of food and exercise because I have an anxiety disorder and get very in my head about whether I'm eating too much or too little, increasing flexibility and learning where I'm compensating in my body's natural asymmetry to decrease pain, and having a physical routine to stick to because my brain chemistry works better with a daily endorphin boost.

I have struggled with eating disorders for 6 years now and this was super inspiring. I haven’t worked out in months because I would completely shut down and over eat or not eat at all and run my body to the ground by over working. So I am starting to feel ready to work out and listen to my body when it comes to eating, sleeping, and working. I am also a dancer and apart from not working out, I haven’t been stretching and I can tell it is affecting my body because my knees and back are starting to hurt. Getting that flexibility and strength back is going to be super exciting and I would like to thank Michelle and Alyson for inspiring that

I loved watching Alyson growing up and I can’t imagine the kind of pressure she’s been under since she was so young! She was such a huge inspiration to me when I was younger (couldn’t afford any dance classes though) and I love seeing her trying to better herself and be healthy! ❤️ Love, love, love Alyson, this series, and your channel, Michelle!

YAY! I love Alyson, I grew up watching this adorable little girl grow up along with me who looked awesome, who danced like a beast, who acted. She was always in the back of my mind when I would think of younger years. So happy to see her getting to a positive head space mentally with not only therapy but working on her bodies health too.

Sorry guys! Can confirm that this was an editing glitch and that Alyson is in fact NOT a shapeshifter. Although that would be pretty sick

Wow. I clicked on the video because I adore this series and grew up (we're the same age) watching Alyson on TV and all of her projects but I just can't express with words how inspiring this was. I'm not used to commenting on YT haha and I'm not gonna share my personal life here but just wanted to say thank you to Michelle for this video and to Aly for being such a personal inspiration every single day since we were children (you can't imagine how much). Love you guys, hope everything keeps going up from here

Alyson speaks of her struggles and mental states like someone who has been in, and done really well in, therapy, and I really appreciate her approach and the way she looks at things.

Oh wow I feel like I saw Allison grow before my eyes on screen. From Suite Life, to Step Up, to her youtube channel now. It breaks my heart to see her in pain. But I’m proud of her for putting her health first

Love the transformations! It was great to see a vegan/plant based diet and someone putting on muscle. Everyone is on a different fitness journey, but everyone feels the inner changes and is so vulnerable! Great job ladies!🥰💁🏼‍♀️💪🏻
