There you go again Michelle 💜, making Me think of my dad 😊as a little girl he had this little Cedar Box with all his army patches and metals in it ,I would always smell that little Box it smelled so good ,so when dad was dying I said I only want that little Cedar box,well I got the Cedar Box and told him I always smelled that Box When I was a kid😊❤ he loved the little story ,dad was a truck driver on the road a lot😢 thanks Michelle for reminding me of those precious memories 😊🥰 RIP Dad⚘️🥀🥀🌺🌼

I've never seen a large cedar tree but I know the smell of cedar very well from using cedar boards and I love cabins in the woods. Very nice.

Thank you so much for this. So many of the elements were absolutely perfect. I've been listening to this every day since the release. Sunday night I had just a wave of grief take over and I couldn't stop crying so I put this on. Eventually I was able to calm down some. Sleep has been horrible this week with constant waking from my pain but this has been such a blessing so thank you! I wanted to mention I would love a compilation of your pain meditations. Those longer compilations are awesome. 🥰

I grew up in the Olympic National Rainforest (Quinault) in WA State 🥰I can’t help but add in “you remember being advised to not touch the giant Devil’s Club bushes” and “you take in the Earthy smell which often includes Skunk Cabbage in the swampy areas along the wooden bridge”. I could go on and on about salmon berries, huckle berries, slugs, and gigantic mushrooms😬
