I went to a rural high school. Starting in elementary school a majority of the boys were off hunting every November 15. We carried shotguns in our vehicles on school property so we could hunt after school. Never a school shooting or accidental shooting. School officials knew we had guns and knew we occasionally skipped class to pheasant hunt.

Such as passing one on the sidewalk and saying "hello". But any official interaction requires disclosure. I do these video to try to help people with good info. @@2aEdu Yes, STOPPED by an officer. Back to your original statement. Changing a tire and having an officer approach you and asking what you're doing is NOT being stopped by an officer. At that point it's an open dialog that you can choose to not engage in. This happened in a recent case look up the federal case of Roland Edger. You're not being detained as you would be if an officer pulled you over while operating the vehicle. That's where the laws kick in. The moment something like that begins you have to disclose.
