Mom saw the handcuffs, the jail jumpsuit, the judges offer to have her daughter incarcerated in a juvenile detention facility...Common knowledge says a mom would have a hard time seeing that..The judge told reporters that he felt "compelled" to do that..Yesterday ,, Mom was "compelled" to have a press conference and have her attorney outline the parameters of the lawsuit,, and then field questions from the news reporters...Enjoy the legal process, your judgeship....

Been trying to figure out her original charge. Was she just on a field trip? Or did she have an actual charge in front of the judge.

She was just there with other students for a field trip.

She actually worked for an environmental type group and was planting trees with other teens. Everyone was surprised about the side trip to court. They were good kuds doing good summer work. That group will probably be sued separately.
