As a Canadian who’s been to many sports games across a lot of leagues, we sing both national anthems 99% of the time. There’s usually players from both countries and many Canadian NASCAR fans go to northern tracks like Michigan because it’s close.

We did both anthems at Loudon, and I saw campers with maple leaf flags. NASCAR races attract people from all over of course there's plenty of Canadians at Michigan, Loudon, Watkins Glen, pocono, Chicago, etc

I was just about to write this in the comments, glad to see I'm not the only one. If the Canadian Motor Speedway ever got built, we would definitely sing The Star-Spangled Banner. / Now that I think about it, wouldn't it have made more sense to call it the Niagara Motor Speedway? Nascar has raced in Montreal before, and even in Exhibition stadium way way back in the day. There are speedways all across the country. Having dated someone from Rochester New York, It's amazing how much we have in common. Yet as far as the border is concerned, Canada = Foreign.

I've been to many races at MIS and I can say without a doubt it was the worst experience I've ever seen there with traffic and entry through the gates. It took 2 hours to get out of parking lot afterwards and they sent us 30 mintues out of our way. Took 40 minutes to get through gate. Came back Monday, almost no concessions open. Complete shit show

I think the Xfinity Series at Michigan is probably a contender for Race of the Year nominate because of a great green flag finish despite the leader hold off everybody to win the race. Even though another crash of the year nominate happened at the time. But still those tracks joining Atlanta would be the best thing that NASCAR needs to save those tracks from shutdown. Pack racing is the best thing in the world not short tracks 😊

Either the Truex caution was a bad call or the non caution for Cindric was a bad call. Either way NASCAR fucked one of them up opening this whole inconsistency argument again. Both flips this weekend were glancing blows to the wall. But otherwise they slid and held alot more speed without dicipating as much energy as tumbling would. Now I guess you can assume you won't get any hard direct contacts with a wall but if you aren't willing to assume that as a rule forever wouldn't tumbling and getting rid of the energy be preferable to sliding at speed and hitting something more bluntly?

Well the entire car is completely sealed off on the bottom so ya they are going to flip easier.. I don’t really care for this new car. The car can be totally destroyed but you see no damage because it’s all plastic kind of takes the character out of racing no bent sheet metal just bent suspension.

Grab your guaranteed 9 or 10 stage points, and then just work your way back up to the top 5 or 10 the rest of the day. Simple. This is possibly the move that sealed Bubba's fate.
