be careful with creams on feet as that can cause one to slip in the bathroom or elsewhere with slightly unlevel floor or clumsy gait which might cause a major injury...

So sorry, this is gross kind of, but for athletes' feet, the BEST treatment is, peeing on them in the shower. I swear 🤚 Spent a small fortune on my son & hubby's feet years ago until I thought there had to be a better way. Researched and read about that. No kidding it works! Fast to & its free. Just do it after you wash them with soap. Don't worry about rinsing because they will get rinsed and splashed anyway. You kind of want some on there, that's the point 😂 Urea in Athlete's Foot products is urine. So why not use your own. Buy the way, both my son & hubster never got foot rot again after it cleared. They just hosed the feet down every once and awhile after that.

Dr B, do you have any shoe recommendations for a senior woman with a hammer toe, bunions (past bunionectomies) amongst other things? Her hammer toe is rubbing the top of ALL shoes she’s tried. She can’t have surgery right now and poor thing is hobbling around. She describes it feeling like walking on a golf ball on the more painful side. The pain cream prescribed doesn’t help much.

Tom, I had dry cracked, split and bleeding heels. I live in the desert. When I went Carnivore, that went away very quickly. My sense is that it's nutrition. B3 seems to ring a bell. I wear REEF sandals almost 24/7. Advice worth the price as my daddy used to say. Start by removing processed foods, and reduce carbs to less than 20g per day, and watch the magic. Sorry to reduce your income by telling people to start with non-allopathic remedies, our buddy Hipocrates said, "Do no harm" and "Let thy food be thy medicine". Cheers, Doc! 😊
