Thank you for the list💗 I was looking for the one you refer to as a "30 day course " to straighten you out/fix most of your problems. Or do you mean if we watch all the individual videos that would be the 30 day course? Nothing on the list has 30 days or complete body rehab.

Thank you for this 🙏🏽 I’ve tried just about everything to cure my knee and ankle pain and swelling, due to my flat feet. I’d never heard of over pronation until I saw someone comment about it in a review of an Amazon orthopedic shoe. Decided to look into it and realized that exactly describes my issue. Ordered some inserts so I’m hoping to cure or at least relieve the pain/swelling over time. I’ve seen countless specialists and all of them basically said there was nothing they could do to help. 😢

My last podiatrist didn't even look at my feet. He just referred me to someone else. Other podiatrist automatically put me in orthotics without looking at my body or anything. When I mentioned my knee pain he said "Well, I don't do knees. I do feet."

My podiatrist didn’t even bring up overpronation.My ortho mentioned something about flat feet which was pretty obvious (and suggested orthopedic shoes) but neither of them recommended anything worth while to help. Such a joke. I had to diagnose myself. Just ordered some inserts so I’m hoping over time to correct 😅

They thought I had a leg length discrepancy, but just now found out I primate badly in my left foot. Following these guidelines, do you think I can make a full recovery? Also, how long does the healing process take for someone in my circumstances? Please respond!

Generally I would expect that there is significant relief of symptoms (most if not all for majority of people - depending on specific scenarios), but in general an orthopedic surgeon is there to recommend surgery. It's like going to a haircut salon and asking if you need a haircut... They will usually say yes 😊🙏

What are your thoughts on certain athletes such as Usain Bolt having flat feet? I believe bolt has flat feet but no overpronation. If he does have overpronation I will be completely baffled😂
