I have neuropathy in my calves. Very little pain in my feet on occasions. I take all the best vitamins to help, and they do. Then, one day, I decided to take my previous super b-complex , Vitamin e, and b1 thiamine all from wallyworld. Those have done more for me than all those expensive preferred supplements.

I can't believe you mentioned fentanyl patches. Unfortunately, no doctor is going to prescribe these for neuropathy. You have to be literally dying of cancer to have access to them. Which is really unfortunate & unfair because they're extremely effective for serious pain and very safe when used properly.

Hi Tom, Big fan of your KZbin channel. I’ve been looking through most of your videos to try to understand my symptom I’ve been dealing with since 2018. I am a fully healthy and fit 27 year old man and I have sharp pain in the ball of my right foot when I stand up (and worse when I lean forward). The pain radiates up in the calf and knee but stops there. There’s a bit of tingling in foot and calf when I lay down (but no numbness). I can run a half marathon without any problems at all, BUT just standing up still for 3 minutes and doing dishes / waiting for bus / brushing teeth is horrible and hurts a lot. I’ve seen numerous doctors, physiotherapist and nerve specialists but without success. Even got an MRI but without anything showing. I am writing to you in sheer hopelessness and just as a shot in the dark to see if you have any experience with these symptoms and if you have any recommendations. Niklas from Sweden
