My narc put me though a nightmare for almost three years. I always felt she was doing things behind my back, but I could never catch her or she'd just lie. "Shady" is what I called her behavior. For a long time, she was always one step ahead. I have never met a bigger liar in my life. It is astonishing, how she could lie with every breath and not even blink. I later, found out she'd been cheating and I ended it with her. Now, she's on Facebook with a new guy, all smiles. She messaged me a couple days ago, telling me how much she loved me and even loved this "new" guy. I blocked her. I have to say, I'm hurting and I hate that I am. Thank you for you video

I'm really sorry to hear about what you've been through. It's incredibly painful to deal with someone who constantly lies and betrays your trust. Blocking her was a strong and important step to protect yourself. It's natural to feel hurt and jealous seeing her with someone new, but remember, her behavior patterns are unlikely to change. She may be putting on a happy face now, but her true nature will eventually surface in the new relationship as well. Stay strong, focus on your healing, and surround yourself with supportive people. Thank you for sharing your story, and I'm sending you healing energy. ✨💖

This is true except for where they have dumped all of their responsibilities on to the other person. Which then becomes back breaking exhausting.

I'm not sure I understood your comment exactly. Have they dumped their responsibilities on you or the person in the new relationship?
