Mick is absolutely right. Songwriting is a gift. I was a kid who went to piano lessons from a young age, became quite a competent musician (Grade 8 piano), had the gift of playing by ear as well (very useful), but can't write a song🤣 Ps What a great interview, always loved Mick's music....played his songs at my own gigs which were always well received...so thanks....kept me in a job too
