I bought this as my first propane grill. It's been a fun, learning experience kzbin.infoUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . I think it's a bit too pricey after looking at other grills, but it wasn't hard to put together and it works really well. I love the side burner option for heating food during a power outage. I have an electric stove and live in the South (Hurricane season), so this was a bonus. I also bought a cover for it and it has protected it nicely (the Char Broil All-Season Grill Cover 3-4 Burner: Large). Every few grill sessions, I take the rack (or grate) and burner covers off and clean them with a non-abrasive scrubby and mild soap. I wipe the excess off of the bottom as well, taking care to avoid the gas and pilot lines.

I just bought one after cooking on a Pit Boss pellet grill for years. For your first brisket you did a heck of a job. End product looked moist and tender. I can't wait to get back to smoking wings, steaks, and a turkey for Thanksgiving.

You do smoke a little differently than we do in the States, but the lesson to that for me is that there are many good ways to get that great Smoke!

Pro tip. Cut that brisket across the grain and it will taste more tender. How do you like your pellet grill? I’ve been looking at purchasing that same pellet grill.

Joey Skinner thanks for the tip. I love it mate - but I run the Aussie distribution for Z grills so am a little biased! if you are keen hit me up on our website or Facebook and I will get your sorted with a good deal. ZGrills.com.au

Michael I live in the United States but I’m about to buy one. I’m doing my due diligence on my purchase because I’ve also considered Rec Tech, Camp Chef, Green Mountain but I’m going to purchase a Z Grill. I ran across your videos and really enjoyed them.

I have been using mine a lot and has been working well. Again I don't sell these, but use one and did the review so others can see. You can reach out to Inkbird directly on Amazon etc if you have more specific questions. Cheers!

Pretty much the same mate. Smaller briskets (or halves) tend to cook a bit faster, so I always focus on probing like butter and not rushing it.

Depends on their length of course, but the grill rack depth is 488mm or 19"

How does it smoke when no smoke is seen?
@zgrillsaustralia45414 жыл бұрын
Doesn't smoke continually, you get waves of smoker every 5 min or so as new pellets drop and they smoulder. Plenty of smoke throughout the cook to get great flavour and smoke ring.
