when my battery is showing 100% the xantrex shows 50% any idea what settings i need to change

I see you have flooded selected for your battery. From what I've seen on the forums you need the lithium-ion option selected. I had to change the battery type from flooded to LiPoFe4 for the lithium as well. It looks like they sent them with default settings from the factory.
