Great video! You know you stuff. Just one minor detail: Terrorism and warfare are very close related but still different. The good thing( or bad) is that B Agencys can mutate and the vaccine that you could have mad before hand would be usless. So warfare would be less likely due to the high risk of infecting your own people. But on the other hand, the agencys are very deadly and cheap to produce, so for terrorist attack where you don't care if the organism mutates, it makes it even more dangerous
