I have a question: in 5.50 you mix 5 ml of chloroform in the sample but in a plastic test tube. How is possible mix chloroform in a plastic tube ? Doesn't it "melt" ? Second question: is it possible about you to use dichloromethane instead of chloroform ? Its function is solvent, so dichloro should do the same.
