You could attach a belt or a cog onto the flywheel and give it wheels to move itself along

Big enough, and other types can make electricity, some people power their houses with that

Wow! May it also work with heat produced by the sun? You may need a collector and a heat pipe

I believe there are some satellites that use the heat from the sun to work Stirling engines. Not checked it out though...I have seen a US stirling engine being powered by sun though. Check out Solar models, they have a mirror that reflects onto hot tube.
