I have a presentation to do on SIM tomorrow and I found this video to be a very good summary/revision material. Thanks!

Really excellently clear explanation of a complex topic, even to a relative layman like myself. Thank you!

I would appreciate if you add subtitles. It facilitates understanding for those like me who do not dominate the English language. Great job! Thanks. :)

Sir, do you have any idea why: Dark field microscopy is not used in hospitals and medical schools?

Just use 3 Tunable monochromators. Then spectral analysis results to fine tune that to the bulk absorption bands of a biological sample. Doesn't matter what we see, or not.

Upgrade, three cameras on a track, the image infinity corrected, sent through a prism and the absorption wavelength sent is isolated as a image some distance on that frequency of light. By having the ccds move on tracks just places a distance between the prism required to isolate the wavelength specific image. We only illuminate with absorption bands because, they cast shadows.

If you can't see it, use a spectrometer, a white light source and figure out which colors to use, and move the ccds to.

I would think you would need a image amplifier to move the highest resolution of light because biological samples do not like being flooded with UV, which means using allot less light for a high resolution image, you always want the sample to survive.

I don't know of any UV spectrum spectrometers. Infrared, was remapping by diffusion, wavelength shifting, autoflorescence? absorption, and refraction. White light is mapped but, starting with say a monochromatic source of light, you look at all the ways the wavelength you sent, changed by absorption, diffusion, frequency shift and you'll see the monochromatic source, spreads.
