I started watching all your excel videos and practicing because I applied for a job promotion and needed to take a excel test, haven’t really had to use excel since high school (25yrs ago). Took my test and was very confident and comfortable, I’ll let everyone later if I passed or not.

12:53 IMPORTANT TIP! While setting data validation he wrote "Indoor,Outdoor,Both". If it doesn't work for you, try "Indoor;Outdoor;Both". Use semicolons. Hope it helped!

So I have been watching your tutorials for job interviews to freshen up on, and came to realize that a tutorial going through each ribbons options and what they can, a quick summary of each, would be GREAT!!! that way we can know what everything does with quick examples.
