Although I am not a data analyst but have fair experience in software procurement. Please keep one thing in mind that your certification value will also depend on the market need for PowerBI which is an expensive licence in itself. Hence many organisations don't use PowerBI and look for alternatives. But always good to have the knowledge of PowerBI.

Bro thanks so much for the info, I have agoraphobia and must work from home I think becoming a data analyst is an option for me. I've watched many KZbinrs but for me you're the one who speaks the truth as it is. Not trying to sell anyone a fake hope i.e. "if you do this online course you'll get a 100k salary-job" etc, which I appreciate. Click baits and people selling fake hope feels so bad to me and many other folks

I've completed the Google Data Analysis certification on Coursera and also the Data Visualization with Tableau specialization from the University of California, also on Coursera. Right now, I'm working on a project to enhance my portfolio. I understand that breaking into the data analytics field can be quite competitive, especially since I'm transitioning from a different career. Additionally, I plan to immigrate to the USA next year, so I'm preparing for the job market there. My educational background is in computer science, but I've had a diverse career, with five years of experience in the 3D animation and graphics industry. Based on your previous suggestion, I'm considering the Microsoft Data Analysis course and the PL-300 certification exam as potential options to boost my chances of landing my first job in data analytics. I'm also contemplating the Tableau Data Analysis certification exam, but I'm not sure which one would be more beneficial for me. I have just passed the exam PL-300 solely by the self-paced preparation. In my opinion, the preparation is enough, including both practice and theory elements. The only drawback is it's mainly text so it might be bored reading at some points. You can check that out first then decide whether it fits your learning style.

There's no SQL, power query It only says Excel( course1) and Power BI( rest of the courses)

They list SQL as a skill, but I haven't found it yet either. It's still in development so we'll see. It's definitely not a course to learn SQL though.

If you're a MacBook user, like me, remember that Power BI desktop does not exists for Mac. So, attending this course with a MacBook is quite impossible. I had to use a Microsoft laptop for that. Pretty obvious yeah but I haven't thought about it before starting the course...
