You are the kind of people who should be replaced by LLMs. What a PM do at Microsoft? Basically just enjoy free breakfast and lunch. You are talking that AI cannot replace you but you know the truth. Yes you may create project proposal in a way that put bad stuff on AI and move away from it but you know it is coming for you. Just learn some AI so at least you can survive at TCS at least.

Damn....why are you so bullish to replace PM's ? Although I am not a PM but i think they are really responsible for aligning the business and tech and I am not saying that an sde can't do that but it's like having a proper position or something.
