This works for me! Replaced original pro 4 screen with pro 5 screen. 2 weeks in and not a single flicker! fingers crossed thats the end of flickergate for me.

Thanks for this and your earlier tutorial - they are a great help. The Surface 5 replacement screen you link to comes with options like "Black no board" and Black with board". Any idea what these mean? Also the Cable link is out of stock (in case this is a referral link for you). Thanks again.

В какой комплектации нужен экран от 5 (Black no board, Black with board, Original with board, Original no board)? В чем разница? 3. Какой способ вскрытия планшета лучше - со спиртом или с нагреванием? 4. Если проблема только начала проявляться, есть ли шанс, что простая чистка системы охлаждения решит проблему? Или нарушения в работе уже необратимы? 5. Есть информация, что экраны к четверкам были разные и не взаимозаменяемые... и надо каким-то образом узнать точную модель экрана в своем планшете. 1. Да 2. По всей видимости речь идёт о плате тачскрина, которую можно переставить с имеющегося экрана. Original обещает быть качественнее в смысле отсутствия пятен и т.д., так как все продаваемые экраны на Али - это либо с разборов, либо отбраковка завода. 3. Сначала щедро налить спирта, потом греть и открывать.

4. Изменения необратимы, со временем дрожание появляется при более и более низкой температуре. 5. Не слышал о таком. Со временем на 4 стали ставить дисплеи от 5, но если б у вас стоял 5й дисплей, дрожания бы не было.

@@МаксБелый-й6м нет, я брал black и там в полной темноте видны пятна. Меня не напрягают. Да, это та самая плата, там есть нюанс, что ей надо обеспечить электрический контакт с рамкой дисплея, поэтому надо аккуратно с металлизированным скотчем в короткой части платы, либо клеить на новый металлизированный скотч.

Is it a manufacturing defect Or an idea to drag it to the service center, in right side of display a circle as it were touched blinking and flickering along with the mouse cursor (sometimes two cursors one is not movable). I rolled back to a simple video driver (temporary working measure) Now IT Works, without a sensor, like a regular laptop, stops warm and noising. But I guess best way soon need to Clean cooler and Change thermal grease or Display as in the video...

Короче или это производственный брак Или задумка чтобы тащить в сервис центр, у меня в правом углу появляется кругляшок как при касании и моргает вместе с курсором мышки (иногда два курсора один не подвижен). Я откатил на простой видеодрайвер (временная рабочая мера) Теперь он без сенсора как обычный лаптоп перестал грется и шуметь. По хорошему почистить придется или менять все как на видео?

Обычно чтобы вылечить такое, достаточно протереть экран 😁 возможно внутрь попала вода, либо было сильное сдавливание. Тогда тач под замену.

Original should be better, but I'm not sure. You can replace touchscreen board from your old screen as I did.
