I have observed that changes replication takes 24 hours. Try to see the changes on web version of Teams.

No that is not possible to check who muted in MS Teams. I suggest you to make your students Attendees not Presenters in a meeting next time.

This is currently not possible. You have to disable the attendance reports at tenant level.
