Dear students, in this video learn in detail the process of microsporogenesis, the process of formation of microspores through meiosis. 4 haploid microspores are formed at the end of the process which remain attached to each other called microspore tetrad. The process takes place inside the microsporangium of Anther lobes and the sporogenenous cells (2n) gets converted into microspores (n). Next step is the formation and development of pollens from the microspores which is explained in the process called microgametogenesis.
