I asked Microtech and found out that not only does this look awesome, it’s an upgrade - the natural clear is a Type III hard coat anodizing (all others are Type II). So the natural clears have a much harder surface treatment - how cool is that!!!!

got the exact same stitch today, love the natural aluminum scales and the apoc finish. it's my first stitch as well, always wanted one but the auto is illegal where i live so i'm really happy about the ram version.

It’s ridiculous - I saw the natural clear Cypher II, Hera II, Combat Troodon, Glykon, Socom Elite and Stitch and bought all of them over the last month! I absolve this finish - love the inclusion of Titanium. The dual fuel, elimination of hardware, Titanuim clips - Microtech is absolutely crushing it!

Thank you for your review! I want to get a Stitch, but I don't know what handle material to get. If you could only have one Stitch, would you prefer an aluminum or g10 handle and why?

Either handle material is definitely solid and will take some heavy use. If you get an aluminum handle with a darker coating such as black you can't expect to see some wear after pocket carry after a bit, particularly with the high points on the fluted texture. This clear natural finish will keep that from happening for a while since you won't see a color differential. The G10 is an excellent choice because you're going to see very little wear, cosmetically. Those are the only real differences except that the G10 is perhaps a bit lighter.
