I dont know what kind of eggs were used but i can confirm that the end result will not look like that and especially in just 2 minutes... it would be an absolute mess and would have been all over the plate 😂

Depends on the microwave and power... In Chef out Water where Alexis cooking with Microwave, it already explained that each microwave has its own power heat since it wasn't very consistent. Edit: Using cheap one would be resulting more inconsistent heat throughout cooking process, that is why you need to noted your own microwave timing in notes... That is the basic of cooking with Microwave, do not know why people wants it to be the same while the appliances like this one encourages you to be experimental, smh.

Just did the mac and cheese. I think for my microwave, I need to do the first heating closer to the 3min instead of 2. I also only had heavy cream instead of milk, so my cheese didn't come out all stretchy like in the video. But as a quick little meal, not bad! Highly recommend!
