One of the reasons I enjoy your videos so much is the lack of music; the gurgle of the stream and the polyphony of birdsong is ideal. I did notice, however, that you managed to scare a sheep, which in Wales takes some doing...

@@bannisterrods I was just thinking the same thing as moonsplitter, the theme tune of the wild is so much better than some over layed music, it instantly make me feel like i'm there. PS, another great video Luke.

Sequence at min 4.20 is trout fishing bliss for me. Those added ingredients of casting around a bush or under a wire make the catch so much more rewarding. Nice cast under the wire to a trout rising in an awkward position, and it all came together perfectly.

Hi MrMoghal. It's a lovely stream, space was a little cramped, by the pool, and there were a few fish rising so I didn't want to get too close. Hope all is well and you had a good season, must admit there was not a lot of fishing through the high summer/low water.

i have watched most of your video's which i must say are great i started fly fishing again last year after after a stroke & a move to Wales just wondered which part of Wales you fish & how often do you come over, as i would love to take you up for a days fishing in June/ July, simon

Thank You Simon, I'm glad that you enjoy the videos. Most of the fishing is Mid Wales, around Builth Wells, there is some lovely water up there. And the Wye and Usk foundation have some a real variety of water.
