Middle Sill Replacement Part 1 - Hillman Imp Mk 1

I did not get the time to do this in one go so its in a few parts.
Replacement of the middle sill using panels from Ex-Pressed Steel Panels in Yorkshire.
Cutting out and prep is the worst on this one as I had to do it with the car braced and supported and that means working upside down. I have a few issues with my joints so this one caused me a fair amount of pain. No pain no gain so they say !
A lot of folks would go digging in with the grinder but I find cutting the seams back to a narrow strip and then thinning out the top, allows me to pop the seam off without too much grief. Certainly less damage than from the spot weld drills as the spot welds on most imps are far from perfect circles :-)
