Just love you in the blue coat - so cosy. Also love stepping into London parks via your Vlogs - they have so much to offer and green spaces in a city are priceless. I’ve seen a few comments in previous Vlogs criticising you for promoting the more expensive shops but I think it’s great to see what’s inside. On my own I’d be a bit nervous about entering in my high street gear but you make them accessible. Yes the prices are too high but it’s such fun to look and get ideas. Keep up the good work. x

Also, could you think about doing a 5 minute yoga routine for beginners? There's no way I can bend like you but I'd love to start trying. So glad you saw this osteopath Jo. I too have a hunch from yrs of sitting in front of a computer and have started going for massages once a wk. Very mindful of my posture now. Also did a lot of online shopping myself this past wk. Some Christmas gifts but also treated myself to a new comforter, boots and a full length dark teal winter coat 😍 oh an some glorious perfume from Eden perfumes - i treated myself to a trip to London (after wanting to go for 20yrs) for my 50th birthday and bought a bottle of perfume from Eden in Portabello (splng?) So this wk when all was wonky I said "why not!" and ordered it online. Didn't care that the shipping was steep - I'll love every morning when I sprits it on 😍 Good of you to help promote small local independent businesses too Jo 👍 Take care and I look forward to watching your next flog ✌

@@sophiaw.7356 how wonderful yes i am 25 mins on the train from london i have two cats at my friends she and i have turkeys and hens and a Cockerell i was bought up in Saunderton which is not far from west wycombe famous golden ball and caves at easter its lovely seeing all baby lambs and there is also a place called home rest for horses for ex service and rescue if you ever vist uk and in london i would recommend vista the area many lovely spring lakes walks waterfalls windmills and many more interesting things sometimes you come across bee hives near the woods i shall have look at were you live i have always wanted to vist Netherlands one day

Loving this week’s vlog Jo. I invested £40 on a private physio to unravel all the knots in my shoulder/neck this week. Money well spent getting rid of all that held stress, all the feels there for you! We have been in Tier 3 for so long in Lancashire that the next 4 weeks doesn’t feel any different to a lot of us who had to shield in round 1. Massive campaigns to support our local businesses and rightly so!!
