ADHD is very complicated thing and there is no one way to experience it . On paper it is chemical imbalance in the brain that causes issues with the executive function, memory, organizations, focus, reading writing, its becoming hard everyday Adhd is very hard thing to describe especially to those without it because every explanation just sounds like excuses.....😢😢 Please someone help me
