Hey there, great video. I rebuilt my 2004 arctic cat 400 top end. Got it all back together and the transmission wouldnt disengage....until I saw ur video on the bearing with the wet clutch having to face out, mine was reversed and caused the exact trouble you described if it was put on backwards. Turned it around and everythings a go. Your video was the only one I found that explaigned the one way bearing. Thanks for the post bud!

I have a 2014 arctic cat 500 the primary clutch bolt is stripped and the clutch burnt all the little bearings the plastic on it burnt amd they just fall to the bottom do you know any ways I could get the clutch off?

What size foot lb impact is that i can't get the nut off the smaller clutch for nothing i mean u just spun yours off

If you ripped the gasket a bit could you use black rtv gasket maker?

What would cause my center case to crack all the way across front lower? Quad only has about 700 miles on it. I was thinking maybe something let loose in the gears but not sure. I'm not well versed on Arctic cat.

What was the tool that you hit with the hammer to break loose the philips screws?

I have a 2006 arctic cat 250 utility, all gears work great but high seems to skip every half second every time I’m in it. Any idea what it could be ?

do you happen too know if this is the same clutch thats on the 2003 suzuki eiger 400 4x4 automatic? looks the same but not sure. just burnt mine up and cant seem to find any

Would a bad gear position sensor cause your ATV to sputter and die when in gear? That’s what my 2008 500 is doing, a while back it completely died and wouldn’t start unless I wiggled the rubber grommet for the gear position sensor going behind the rear drive belt cover. When it’s running it seems to run fine in neutral but when you go into high and start driving it occasionally starts to spit and spitter really bad and sometimes completely die.
