This famous blues composed by Spencer Williams in 1922 originally appeared on QRS 2331 (8/23) as played by Thomas Waller. It was also Fletcher Henderson's first recording on Columbia and also sung by Bessie Smith. Meanwhile, Clark Orchestra Rolls of DeKalb, Illinois wasted no time in arranging it for coin-operated electric A-Roll pianos on Clark 379, "Song and Dance Hits". This is my rare Original 1923 A-Roll.
