MIDNIGHT KEBABS: We returned to Baghdad just before midnight and visited a local spot known for their kebabs. We got some incredible Iraqi chai, beef ribs, chicken kebabs, lamb kebabs, arayes, samoon bread, grilled chicken breast, and grilled tomatoes. Everything was tasty and smoky, and the lamb was especially juicy and fatty. Overall, it was one of my favorite meals of the trip and easily the best kebabs I had in Iraq! IT truly was a giant KEBAB MOUNTAIN and one of the most delicious LATE NIGHT FOOD spots I tried while devouring incredible Iraqi Food and Iraqi Cuisine.
