I love those ramem cart at night . Just something warm to eat at the cold winter in the middle of the night……..making me appreciate the vendors so much
this ramen stall looks cleaner than local restaurant near my neighborhood lol

@@user-hz6yg6mf3o You know that brick n motar restaraunts kitchen do this too right? (Disclaimer: some) Only prep/chefs need to wear gloves when preparing raw ingredients. Chefs don't (usually). A clean station means a clean and hygienic chef.

I worked in a ramen restaurant, and we handled food with our bare hands all the time. We also had to disinfect our hands every 30 minutes.

After seeing this video, I got up out of bed and made some Potato and Onion soup. Bless this old man for getting up before sunrise and making soup for everyone. I would call him "Grandfather" if I was his customer.

I made chicken noodle soup the other day. For breakfast I'll heat it up and drop a scrambled egg into it. I also put soy sauce in it. Made it taste amazing!!!

If I lived in Japan I would eat these everyday lol. It's like fast food but near your house and a lot healthier.
