All fabulous as always, Sarah, and completely unattainable for me! Our old bungalow has one bathroom less than 7’X7’ with a sloping ceiling. Also floors which are a little bouncy and not suitable for tile. But grateful and happy to have a mortgage-free roof over our heads! Love your necklace too!

Sarah I love how excited you get over bargains! And WOW WHAT a bargain of marble, that vanity and all the striations (in the marble as well as the vanity doors) is beyond gorgeous! Sure wish I could get behind the gold/brass hardware craze, but i just can't. It just bugs me. Sue me. :-( It's all so gorgeous, I so admire the depth of thought that goes into all of your decisions, no matter how small the detail.

I've always loved you bathrooms, especially your own farm house ones. I love the details to the floors and your use of bullnose tiles. Thanks for all your fantastic contents. I was beyond elated when you came onto utube. I hardly watch TV anymore. Too many repeats on HGTV and most of their content isn't very good. Also they no longer have garden shows. Blah! This is a marvellous project, as always! Where do you get similar stripped rugs in TO? I'm expecting I cannot afford these,who knows! I had an hour with one of your staff member at home last year. How do most people feel about laundry rooms in basements, especially two floors away from bedrooms? I'd trade a big laundry room in the basement for a laundry closet in a bedroom hallway any day, buy that's just me. Thoughts?

Grew up with that set up, plus we had a laundry chute that went all the way from top to bottom, and was accessable from the main floor as well. I didn't realize how great it was also, at storing a weeks worth of dirty laundry for our family of five.
