I've been a Judas Priest fan for over 35 years and this is one of my favorite songs ever. I wasn't expecting much going into this but after watching you guys play here's my feedback. OMG! You tore it apart. The lead guitarist! Mad props to you man! You do Glenn proud. The singer, Amazing! A natural, really!! There's a lot of bands out there with a young girl singer that is great but they go overboard (or underboard.) Your singer just sounds amazing by just being herself. She doesn't TRY to BE like Rob Halford. She's easy going and natural and sounds great! The rest of the band was perfect! Drums, rhythm. bass. I DID NOTICE the lead guitarist take some liberties with the solo but it wasn't bad. By the time you were that far into the song, I was sold and I into the story and essence of the song as a listener. I was never distracted once by your band's rendition of this song (which I grew up on and have heard hundreds of times). In fact, if anything, I was moved by your energy into the song. You're all awesome and true Defenders of the Faith. The highest award given to Metal Gods as yourself. I'm subscribing to you and looking forward to more amazing things from you in the future!!!

OK????? Thought I had seen everything by now from School of Rock students, but they never cease to surprise me bigtime. How awfully cool is that, this girl giving a splendid vocal rendition of a Priest classic!

I am so loving this. Metal will live forever. There always going to be a new rock star that remembers the faith and play the classics. This band has potential.

Every kid in the School of Rock program will play Metal. Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath are the foundational elements of the program.

I agree if you want to watch something interesting watch Bedford SOR performing King Crimson "Starless" which is a very complex song you would swear this is her Twin Sister on lead and she is also very good.

What I really like is they seem to be totally different generations and still play together, respect each other. I miss this wibe. I also like they so much into this song. They enjoy every single second of it! You can't do this anyhow.

The older kids, like the drummer, mentor the younger ones - It's a vital part of the school of rock experience. One of my favorite kids went on to study music education at Berklee and is now teaching at the Chicago School of Rock, passing it on to the next generation.

@@MidWestConcertVideo2 I got to make this happen in my art school. I teach drawing, graphic design, painting and a course of their own or a chance to be a mentor of younger students... Wow that could give a lot.

I've seen kids start in the program as beginners, and move all the way up to the very top. And at that point, they're in the local "House Band" gigging around town, and they're helping the teachers instruct the beginners. If you can get a bunch of 8-year-olds to play a credible version of Neil Young's _Rocking in The Free World,_ you can handle anything the music business will be able to throw at you. The very best kids from all the house bands around America and the rest of the world can become AllStars.

The young man on lead guitar was literally raised on _Judas Priest_ - his mother is a big fan, and saw them while he was in her womb, and his 11th birthday present was front row tickets.

There was no weak link in this line up. This gives an appreciation to the range of Rob Halford s" voice. It took a young female youth , to nail it. She definitely did her home work!

She's gotta learn not to hold back in the falsetto range, though. Those high notes have to be belted to the rafters. But big thumbs up for reaching back to Sad Wings of Destiny for a Priest cover.

Just gotta say- the guitar player has been listening to Priest since BEFORE he was born :). I took him him out of school, drove five hours and got front row tickets to see the Priest Epitaph Tour for his 11th birthday. This song is a dream come true for me to hear him play. These kids are awesome.
