What a hunt, especially for late-December! Just need the Enforcer buck to do that. Best of luck the rest of the season Owen.

If there's one thing we know, Owen will be hot on The Enforcer's tail. Can't wait for the colder temperatures to get here. Thank you for taking the time to watch Matt!

Thanks Owen for sharing these hunts and taking time to connect with the viewers. I don’t have any questions at the moment but appreciate your interaction with the ones that do. Also, I love hunting in a blind or a treestand over a foodplot. I spent the money and I put the hours of work in, it’s not only beneficial to me but the neighbors have prospered well too. Probably more so to them than me because I’m not shooting the 2-3 year old bucks.

It sounds like you've got a great thing going on your property Dale! Thank you for taking the time to comment and we hope that you have some awesome hunts before the end of the year. Happy Holidays!

Thank you Owen for choosing my question and the thurough answer! Honestly, I never thought about a trail system through the grass and utilizing it as the food source. I first thought of beans for late season and fence them off, but the trail system seems way easier and can be used throughout the entire season! Again, thank you for answering my question! Good luck the rest of the season and I'll be sure to update next season!

Absolutely man! Another thing you might be able to do is the old spokes of a wheel design in that tall grass that all lead to your hunting setup.. That’ll be a good one if you have the right set up for it.

Your the best Owen. I enjoy hunting out of ground blinds more and more the older I get. Some over food plots some not. Never understand why some people are so petty with their opinions. Anyway good luck and great response to Timmy T.

I appreciate the comment! Glad you enjoyed that. Normally I just ignore comments like that but I like to reply to people and yep I agree. Only thing I can figure is it must be an ego thing for some people. I’ve never understood that..Glad you’ve been getting out there enjoying hunting in those pop ups.. it’s just fun!

Great hunts and awesome q&A thank you Owen for all you do 😊 as far as a left-handed gun for your daughter if she is familiar with her right-handed gun and comfortable with it you can buy a cheek pad to make it fit her left-handed ! I often shoot a few times each summer left-handed just for tree stand scenarios where the deer comes in from the wrong side so it is doable 😊 good luck the rest of the season and happy holidays to you and your family

Great hunt Owen, that is an awesome spot. Best of luck the rest of the season.

Death Row could very well be one of the best whitetail hunting spots around. As Owen has said in the past, this is an awesome spot if he wouldn't have made improvements to it but with the food plot architecture combined with the natural pinch, history has repeated itself again and again here. Thanks for commenting Mitch and as always, we appreciate you sir!

@@owenreigler2842 Didn't make it this morning (Friday) Owen. Light Rain here. Which, if it weren't for my physical situation, I'd be sitting in it for sure.

Regarding the dominant eye, she can shoot right handed. I have the same issue and the key is to learn to close your left only. The brain will learn this, as I have been successful. Just sit in a chair and practice. Then move on to bringing the sights or the scope up to her face. You will be amazed. I do not recommend changing eyes, or to left handed. Your videos are amazing.

Doug, thank you so much for your feedback… When it comes to guns I’m not as well versed as I am in archery. I was trying to get her to close her left eye and she can’t without closing both eyes! Lol.. I’ll have her get to practicing.. Thank you for responding!

Owen, i have 27 acres of private ground ridges ànd valleys. Wind usually swirls or if no wind the thermals suck down into valleys. How would you approach hunting this type of terrain?
@midwestwhitetailthechaseСағат бұрын
There's a lot of elements to this. We're excited to see what Owen thinks of this and how he may best tackle such a situation. Keep the questions coming. Thank you and Happy Holidays Shannon!

Owen is a one of a kind guy and we are super thankful to have him as a part of our team. On top of that, to be able to call a guy like him a friend and get to pick his brain with the years of knowledge that he has is incredible. THANK YOU OWEN, and thank you for taking the time to watch!

I am right handed but left eye dominant. I didn’t buy might first left handed gun til 2 years ago. Killed many deer shooting a right handed gun left handed. Just whatever she is more comfortable with.

Do you ever get frustrated that most hunters are not holding out for mature bucks like you, making it extremely tough to have high scoring mature bucks around?..Technology has made it too easy and most of the great genetic bucks are being shot when they are too young.
@midwestwhitetailthechaseСағат бұрын
We are sure Owen will answer this question on the next chase episode, but as Owen said, everyone can hunt there own way and we should support each other in however we choose to hunt! Thanks for the comment David and we hope you enjoyed the video.
