Reminded me of a dream I had about going back to work at Transamerica Insurance in Toronto . I used to work there in the late 80s .In my dream I kept going up and down elevators. Can't remember why. Funny how an image can trigger a memory of a very old dream.

Absolute masterpiece. Reminds of the Westminster Mall in Colorado, which was popular in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and then went into decline in the 2000s before being torn down...

Thanks a lot! Actually it's a mall in my town in Northern Germany. I took the image after I brought my girlfriend to her doctor. Think the mall was build arround 76 and is pretty run down these days.

I wish you could see the different tiles in the mall around me growing up. Similar. However elevators, stairs, escalators and more was around depending how you wanted to traverse the shopping building. Butnonce hit up Lazarus the floor was like cobblestone and painted white. The outside was painted black shiny tile out front to showcase the entrance. As if youbwere entering a bright light of shopping experience. Idk how to explain it but all these decades I remember the tiles, cobble, carpet, and decore. All destroyed now. There was 5 malls around and now only two remain. And they are basically hubs for nothing but online orders

I feel you, the image is like seriously in tune with music. I’m getting a feeling of being in a government building after hours or something, almost like a SCP facility.

You know, I've been thinking about it, but now I think that the vibe we miss really has something to do with the lights. These days, people use LED bulbs all the time, but back in the days people used flourescent bulbs or T8 bulbs, which have different mechanisms to generate light from electricity, compared to LEDs.

The videos are popular because of a common psychological tendency to want to indulge in the grey areas of emotion. We just haven’t popularized it until now. Liminal spaces are places that aren’t inhabited by people at that moment but were designed to be. The feeling you get is understood by many but the spaces weren’t designed to provoke that feeling.

Me too, sameif you serch liminal spaces in dreams, and elevators In dreams meanings on Google you might get some clues. Depends on what you are doing in the dream though.

This music is helping me cope with my heavy workload at present, it's like a mental break in serene space. Thanks Midwich :) I also still listen to 1 hour train ride to nowhere daily ;)
