How did you play the multiplayer campaign with your friend? My friend has an issue we can't join lobby together in the multiplayer campaign.

Why are no-dachi better in multiplayer than single player?

No-Dachi's upkeep and cost are overpriced for the campaign, considering they're basically just shock infantry that shouldn't be left in prolonged combat makes the unit more suited for an aggressive army, even then they're still not worth that much in the campaign in general. At least in Multiplayer they're a lot more useful because they can definitely break unit formation.

Aye, what Diego said. Also in Campaign you need your units for more than a single battle. They need to be healthy enough to be able to fight another battle, or maybe even two. In multiplayer it's just a single battle, so you just do as much damage with them as possible, and if they end up dying, that's no problem as long as they've done their job. In campaigns there's also the problem of attack/defense. If you're the attacking force and your enemy takes their full stack and camps on a hill, your no-dachis are probably the worst unit on the field, with low armour and a charge bonus that gets reduced to almost 0 because of height difference. It's why I don't tend to use them in campaign, but in MP they are insane.

They didn't know I was going to bring that much cavalry, and Fire Rockets are a pretty expensive choice for such a niche use. Also in Multiplayer you can actually dodge Fire Rocket shots if you're quick enough, so they're less valuable than in campaign.
